Sunset

Torino, Italia, 2012
There's little to say about this picture, it was a beautiful sunset that I much enjoyed in the beautiful city of Turin.

Isabella

Ponte Isabella, Torino, Italia, 2012
This picture is a preview of a new project I'm working on... I will reveal more about the project later... for now, I can say is a project about the city I'm living in, Turin... in HDR.

Columns

Giardini Reali, Torino, 2012
These columns are just like any others, I don't know how old are they and who put them there, but they define the border of the park Giardini Reali, a very important park in the city centre. I don't like the fact that someone made the exact same graffiti in all of the columns, but there's nothing I can do about it.

La Mole

Giardini Reali, Torino, 2012
The symbol of my second city, la Mole Antonelliana, named after the architect who built it. La Mole is one of the most attractive things to see and visit in the city. This picture can be some sort of cliche but I really like it and I hope you like it as well.

Belvedere

Parco Europa, Torino, 2012
I took this picture on a park on the hills in Turin, the park is Parco Europa and it has a very nice view of the city. I went not long ago and there was still a lot of snow on the ground and on the trees. There was a weird sunset and I took some pictures. This is the belvedere from the park.

Torino

Torino, Italia, 2012
This is Torino seen from the monte dei cappuccini, which is a museum up in the hills of the city. The view is amazing and it's almost like a postcard view, so to make it a bit different, I created an HDR picture while the sun was setting. I hope you like it.

Bianca & Charlie

Torino, Italia, 2011

Torino, Italia, 2011
When I did a photo session to Bianca, Charlie was outside trying to play with her since he wanted to be the center of the attention... these two pictures came out really nice! Hope you like them!!

Bosco Silenzioso

Via Lagrange, Torino, 2011
Torino has a great custom in december which is putting all around the city some light games. In fact I had already posted a picture of another light game (Bella Torino). This one is in via lagrange and the whole street is full with this phrases which should form a poem I guess.

Wrecked Car

Regio Parco, Torino, Italia, 2011
There is an old train station in Turin near to where I work that now is full with gypsies. I went there with a friend and it was kinda dangerous but since we went really early in the morning they were still sleeping and we had no problem taking some pictures.

Luana Leone

Torino, Italia, 2011
Luana was the third person I did a photo shoot session to. It was fun as the times before and she was really happy! She liked the pictures a lot. I think I'm beginning to like taking these kind of pictures.

Alarm

Torino, 2011
The title is Alarm because when I trespassed to the abandoned factory, the place had a movement sensor alarm and it went off, so I had to run very fast and jump over a two meters high wall to the street where everyone was looking at me while running away. It was very fun but it hurt...

King Charlie

Torino, 2011
Charlie is the King, he does whatever he wants, he reigns above all of us. He's the dog of my girlfriend and he's wonderful! He was posing for me while I was taking some pictures out in the garden. He's a rare white golden retriever, he is 5 years old and he loves to play although he's actually lazy.

San Lorenzo

Piazza Castello, Torino, 2011
San Lorenzo church is in Piazza Castello in Turin. The church was dedicated to San Lorenzo after a Manuel Fililberto (House of Savoy) won in a battle on San Lorenzo's Day. The church though was already in the square Piazza Castello before.

Rainy Day

Giardini Reali, Torino, 2011
When Turin had like a week when it only rained, I went out one of those days to take pictures (one thing I hadn't done yet). I really liked it! There are so many possibilities and so many situations to take pictures to! It was fall although it seems like snow on winter, and the floor was all covered by the leafs from the trees, so it made all more unique.

Giulia Ambrogio

Torino, Italia, 2011
Giulia was my second model on a photo shoot session. It was a rainy day and the light was poor, it was really hard to take pictures but I managed to improvise a light reflector to get the best results... this is one of my favorite pictures...

Repubblica

Piazza della Repubblica, Torino, 2011
Another one from Torino. Since I haven't been traveling lately, I'm exploring more my city. Piazza della Repubblica is a very famous square in Torino, some say is the biggest open market in Europe and I believe it's true. At the end of the day, the vendors go and leave a lot of garbage in the floor that is cleaned afterwards by the city employees.

Factory

Torino, Italia, 2011
Another one from the abandoned factory (if you haven't seen the first one, click here: Nostalgia). This place was great, I was lucky that there was a great sunlight that created this strange feeling of being in a haunted mysterious place.

I still cannot find my favorite subject to take pictures to, but I'll find out.

Morning Light

Giardini Reali, Torino, 2011
The title is light, because without light, we couldn't take pictures. Photography is all about light, and of course the absence of it. When the sun is coming out in the morning or setting in the afternoon, the light makes some wonderful colors and tones, so I would say these are the best moments to take pictures.

Pattern

Via Lagrange, Torino, 2011
I just happen to be walking on this street and I had no idea some artists were presenting their work to the public. Torino is such a rich city!!

Mole

Giardini Reali, Torino, 2011
I had never taken pictures in autumn, since I've been into photography for not that long and my country (Venezuela) does not have the four seasons.
I went to this park in the middle of the city near to the center to try my new 50mm lens one morning, and this picture is one of the results... you can see the Mole Antonelliana in the background, the symbol of the city.
