Strokes

While returning from a delightful day at the beach, we had the luck to be part of this wonderful sunset on our way home. The strokes on the sky made the whole scene obviously more interesting.

Humble

These kids were in their yard when we were trekking near their house while going to a waterfall. Usually the kids in these conditions are really humble and they have lots of fun with little.

Crasky

Los roques is the place where I have seen the most beautiful beaches in this world, not that I had been in many beaches around the world to judge that well, but I know this place is one of the tops. This picture was taken in Crasky, one of the most visited keys of the arcipelago.

Avila

So this is the Avila, a big mountain forming the valley of the city Caracas. This is one of the things I miss the most from my hometown. It was a beautiful sunset as it usually is.
Caracas is a big city, it is 40 km wide from east to west. Very dangerous place to live in and with a lot of things to do at the same time.

I want to dedicate this picture to my mother, since today it's her birthday and she was the one that took me to this wonderful place thats called Mochima in Venezuela.

Panaquire

Panaquire, Venezuela, 2011

Panaquire is a small town in Barlovento, deep in the forest in the Miranda state in Venezuela. This bridge reminds me of an Indiana Jones scene and I believe I have crossed it over just one time in my life. You can see how some of the boards are missing and there's no protection so you can easily fell into the river bellow, which makes it all more dangerous!
We used to come a lot to Panaquire with the whole family and I had the chance to revisit this particular town in December.

Tucacas

The Morrocoy National Park is one of the most beautiful national parks in Venezuela. There are many beaches to go to and you can catch some of the most spectacular sunsets you will ever seen. This is Tucacas, a small town/city where people stays to visit the park.

Sabas Nieves

What I like the most about Caracas is the Avila, a mountain that embraces the city. The Avila has many tracks to hike and we went to Sabas Nieves, one of the most popular places to do hiking. This is a view of the city from the main track to get to Sabas Nieves...

Wash

This little girl was going to the sea to wash her underclothes, which was kinda strange and it caught my attention. The kids in the background were playing in the water and were there for hours. It seems that life for kids in this particular beautiful town is very simple and without many worries even though Venezuela is a dangerous place to live in.

Sunset walk

Mochima is a wonderful national park in Venezuela, it has a bit of everything, mountains, beaches, rivers, waterfalls... We went there and it kinda always rains in the afternoon so the sunsets are just incredible full of colors and with the clouds, well, you can see it in the picture.
